This week will be the first week of online enrollment at KU… ever. Ask me about how it went in a week or so. *shudders*

I’m feeling a lot more stable and I can’t express how nice it is to have regular hot and cold running daylight again. I love the equinoxes… equinoxen? Whatever.

One of my coworkers said it nice and plainly on Friday… “KU will go on without you… not a dig on you, and PLEASE don’t take off next week, but KU will still be standing after you take a vacation.” I had to grin and that was one of the nicest gifts I’d received in a while.

Oh man. It’s been a long time since I had an evening where I could just breathe and do… well… nothing.

Our implementation of an online student system has gone quite well. The conversion of legacy data continues and with luck will be done before the end of spring break.

Now that the 50-70 hour weeks are more or less behind me, I think it’s time to start eating a bit healthier and exercising more. To that end, I rode my bike tonight. Yay!
